Cashbook Analysis

Bank Account - select the bank account/s you want to include in this report

Date From - start date of the transactions you want to include in report

Date To - end date of the transactions you want to include in report

Cashbook cashflow

This is a report that shows you the yearly cashflow of your cashbook.

Bank Account - select the bank account/s you want to include in this report

Date From - select the year start date (12 months will start from here)

Cashbook details

Detailed report of the Cashbook.

Bank Account - select the bank account/s you want to include in this report

Show Secondary Codes - tick this if you want to show the secondary codes. If not selected, it will only show the primary codes

Date From - start date of the transactions you want to include in report

Date To - end date of the transactions you want to include in report
 

Cashbook heading list

Lists all the headings that are setup in the program.

You do not need to select any options for this report.

Cashbook totals

Bank Account - select the bank account/s you want to include in this report

Date From - start date of the transactions you want to include in report

Date To - end date of the transactions you want to include in report

Exclude GST - Select this if you want to exclude GST from the amounts.

Enterprises

Bank Account - select the bank account/s you want to include in this report

Date From - start date of the transactions you want to include in report

Date To - end date of the transactions you want to include in report
 

Transaction search

A report that is useful for finding transactions using specific text or amounts to search for.

Bank Account - select the bank account/s you want to include in this report

Date From - start date of the transactions you want to include in report

Date To - end date of the transactions you want to include in report

Particulars - enter a search text to find specific transactions that include your search text

Other Party - enter a search text to find specific transactions that include your search text

Reference - enter a search text to find specific transactions that include your search text

Amount - enter a search amount to find specific transactions that include your search amount
