Retrieve Forgotten or Lost Passwords

Follow these steps to retrieve a password. For security reasons we cannot email your password.
 

1. Go to the login screen http://administr8.co.nz
2. Click Forgotten your password.
   
3. Correctly enter your username and click OK. (if you don't know your username, please contact the helpdesk NZ - 0800 617 788, Aus 1800 788 774)
4. Check your email inbox. If you do not see the email from iagri, check your spam or junk mail folder.

5. Follow the instructions on the email.
6. Enter your new password and confirm the password.
7. Click Change Password.

Don't want to change your password anymore?

If you no longer wish to reset your password, just ignore the email, and your current password will still be used. The email will expire in one hour.
