Browser Basics


We recommend using the below browsers for our online website

 
Monzilla Firefox (website) (recommended)

Chrome (website)

Internet Explorer (website)

Safari (website)

 
Browsers are always updating, so it pays to checkout the help within the browser or the official browsers website.

 

Here are some instructions on how to change the download settings within each browser

 

Chrome

 

  1. Select the options button at the top right of the browser

  2. Select Settings

  3. Select Show advanced settings...

  4. Go down to the downloads section

  5. Select the Ask where to save each file before downloading

  6. Close the window

 

Monzilla Firefox

 

  1. Select the Firefox button at top right of browser
  2. Select Options
  3. Select Always ask me where to save files
  4. Click Ok to save

 

Internet Explorer

 

You cannot change the setting to ask you where you want to download files to but you can change the default location

 

  1. Click on the tools menu at the top right of the browser
  2. Select view downloads
  3. Select options
  4. Change download location if need be.
  5. Select OK
  6. Select Close
