Setting up Banks

Here you can list all your bank accounts as well as:

The Bank Accounts tab is found in Setup

 

Adding a Bank Account

  1. Click on the Bank Accounts tab within the Setup Module.
  2. Click Add new bank account.
  3. Fill in details as required.

    Name of Bank -
    Opening Balance - balance at "Date of either opening bank" or "starting use of the program"
    Date of Opening Balance - date you want the first transaction to come in
    Bank # - (optional)
    Bank Account Name -
    Import Format - format for importing
    Bank Clearance Days - (optional)
    Accountants Code - (optional)
    Tax Entity -
  4. Click Save.

Editing a Bank Account

  1. Same as Step 1 & 2 above.
  2. Click on the edit symbol (pencil) of the bank you want to edit.
  3. Update details.
  4. Click Save.

Delete a Bank Account
