Working with Enterprises

 

Definition - An enterprise is best described as an aspect of your club for which you want to be able to track generated income and the direct expenses used to give a true net return.

 

The most obvious examples are:

  • different teams
  • different grades
  • different assets

 

Add an Enterprise manually
  1. To add a new enterprise in the Setup module, go to the Enterprise tab.
  2. Check that the enterprise you want to add has not already been automatically generated. The automatic enterpises are listed in Season Enterprises.
  3. Click the Add new record button.
  4. A box will open asking you to type in the name of the enterprise you want to add.
  5. Click the tick to save or the cross to cancel.
     

Delete an Enterprise
  1. Open the Enterprise tab within the Setup Module.
  2. Select the delete option beside the enterprise you want to remove.
  3. Read the prompt that comes up in the pop-up window.
  4. Select OK.
