How to Use Report Page
Reports Introduction
The financial reports page is designed to generate a report from the information you already recorded into the website.
How to use report
click on drop down list as shown below, then select the type of report you want and click on Generate button to generate the report for you.
Here is the sample of report for Farm Valuation.This report illustrates values for Paddocks, Building & Items, Tracks & Lines, Assets, Vehicles, Animals, and Warehouse.
The table below shows a sample report for Internal Year to Date.
The table below illustrates a sample report for Overview Report.First input starting and ending date then the below table comes which shows Date,Reference, Other Party, and Value for each account code(here Loan and GenX (Zero-Rated) are account codes).
For creating account code you should go to Cashbook page then click on setting icon, in the pop up window you can create new account code.

If you want to generate cash flow report, first input starting and ending date then press Generate button. The pop up table shows income and expense during the last 12 months
If you want to generate GST report, first input starting and ending date then press Generate button. The pop up table shows GST and other information for you.
